Location: In front of the Faculty of Law and the Botanical Garden of the University, our student residence Palace is located – super central and you will stay in a renovated palace. Two renovated palaces with all the comforts and services you can imagine with an all-inclusive concept. From the residence hall you can walk to the Center Campus of the University of Granada, the ESADA study center and the Royal Superior Music Conservatory.

Food options: From Monday to Saturday we cook a varied and complete menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with attention to special needs such as allergens or vegan diets. Full board / half board options are available.(Full board: 240 € / month, Food: € 120 / month or Dinner: € 120 / month)

Cleaning facilities: We take care that your room is clean. Once a week we will set up your room with a change of sheets and towels. Every day we take care that the common areas are clean and ready. You will have a self-service washing and ironing that adds to the all-inclusive.

You will feel safe: A safe place with surveillance systems that guarantee 24/7 surveillance.
Additionally, our reception staff cares about your comfort and tranquility, in addition to providing you with a calendar of various activities in the community.
